payment

For now, JOSÉ will be accepting payments via:

 

  • Offline: BPI bank deposit

  • Online: Paypal (add. 2.9% + Php 15)

Note: We are currently working to integrate more payment methods!

Email us at joseboutiqueph87@gmail.com for orders and inquiries. (we highly encourage our customers to ask for more pictures of the items they are interested in buying!) Once you are sure of your orders kindly proceed to checkout, fill up the form, then pick your payment method. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with the following:

  • Order summary

  • Review of your basic information

  • Payment details

JOSÉ offers free shipping, no minimum spend! We will be shipping your orders via Grab delivery or Lalamove. Orders will be shipped out 3-5 days after proof of payment has been sent, we will contact you via text the day before delivery for confirmation!

 

JOSÉ will be shipping within Metro Manila only. We do, however, hope to be able ship to other areas nationwide in the near future!

returns & exchanges

Unfortunately, JOSÉ will not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to undertake proper product quality inspection to ensure that the products you are buying are in great condition! Having said this, we still highly encourage our customers to contact us for inquiries and more pictures of products they are interested in before making a purchase!
